Per-Olof Larsson is Founder and Managing Director of Odisea. He develops state-of-the-art educational programs to improve technology management among the clients’ organizations. He has worked with executive education since 1995 and has designed and delivered executive education programs in Europe, the United States and Asia for global, high-tech companies. The programs have covered topics in the intersection between technology and business.
He has been Executive Vice President at Chalmers Professional Education at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden and Managing Director at GU School of Executive Education at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Prior to working with management education, Per-Olof spent ten years in high-tech industry in senior management positions, first at Ericsson (microchip technologies) and then at Saab Group (aerospace, telecom satellites). Dr. Larsson holds a M.Sc. in engineering physics and a PhD in nuclear physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. During his years of doctoral studies, he spent two years at Gesellschaft für Schwerionenforschung, Germany and CERN, Switzerland.

Hanna Larsson is the Communications Manager and Product Strategist at Odisea. She holds a B.Sc. in Journalism and Media Production from Linnaeus University and studied psychology at Lund University. With a background in journalism and experience in effective communication strategy, Hanna manages Odisea's marketing strategy, product strategy, and outreach efforts.
Hanna has a background of several years as a writer, communication specialist, and editor at a Gothenburg-based PR agency. She has worked with technology-intensive companies to shape their external communications. Hanna has written articles about new technologies for high-tech customers and helped them get their message through.
Hanna's background in journalism and psychology allows her to connect with diverse audiences.
