We think that companies can improve their performance by managing technology in a systematic way.

Our mission is to design and deliver educational programs for technology-intensive companies that want to improve their business performance.

In our training programs, our participants are R&D managers and technical experts. Unlike other training providers, we do not use internal teachers. We design training programs by orchestrating resources from our international network of academic lecturers. Our role as program directors is to integrate the various parts into a holistic experience.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and joint crafting of training interventions.
