IMOT: Managing Global R&D and Innovation

Participants hold senior roles in R&D management, typically including positions such as Vice President of R&D, Department Manager, Project Manager, and Program Manager. With extensive professional experience, much of the program's value derives from participants sharing their experiences.

Most participants come from large, multinational engineering companies. Recent cohorts have included individuals from Germany, India, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.

Before each module, participants receive a reading package with relevant articles, book chapters, and reflection questions to enhance classroom learning. Although there are no project assignments between modules, preparation is essential for maximizing the experience.

Our lecturers are university professors from well-known universities. They are experienced and invite you to participate in interactive sessions. We assume your active participation.
