From Plan to Performance

FAQ
It usually takes around 8 months from the first dialogue to the delivery of the program. Break down:
Months 1-2: Together with you, we identify your needs and define objectives for the training. When that is in place, we design your unique, custom program.
Months 3-7: You and your organization nominate participants to the program.
Months 8-9: We deliver the program.
Months 10-12: Your participants start to apply their new knowledge in their work. We have a follow-up where we meet the participants via Teams to make sure they are on track.
We have the capability to address a wide range of topics relevant to your R&D people. Our network includes professors from top universities who offer valuable insights. We work with you to identify the specific needs of your team, and together, we select the most appropriate topics to achieve your objectives.
We offer several excellent venues across Sweden for delivering your program. Additionally, we can provide on-site training at your location. If desired, we also have the option to conduct the program outside of Sweden.
The number of participants depends on the program's design and training objectives. Typically, we conduct sessions with 12 to 20 participants.
