X2P Monitor is a program exclusive to those who have graduated from X2P (Expert Excellence Program). The program is held every second year, with a new theme and a new set of lecturers.
Technical Experts play a crucial role in their companies' success. Thus, their continuous learning should be a priority. The objective of X2P Monitor is to immerse the participants in an environment where they get new insights, share cross-company experiences, and develop new ways of thinking.
The theme for 2026’s program is “Making Better Decisions Under Uncertainty.” The theme is a direct response to the unstable world we face, driven by new technologies, geopolitics, and competitors. Despite uncertain times, Technical Experts must make decisions.
Together with psychology professors, we will examine how the brain works before it decides. To make smarter choices, you need to understand how the brain works and which cognitive traps it may fall into.
