X2P is for engineers who are on a specialist career track in their company. The program is designed to meet the specific needs and provide the immediate tools to develop the role of a technical expert.

The participants in X2P enhance their understanding of cognitive science, interpersonal communication, technology road mapping, organizational culture, and creative thinking. Our participants interact with professors from top universities and acquire skills to navigate a complex and uncertain world.

FAQ

Participants in X2P are Technical Experts with deep expertise in their field.

The participants come from technology-intensive companies. The industries include automotive, electrical power distribution, machine tools, mining, packaging, defense, and industrial equipment. The program is not industry-specific, and most topics covered are “soft,” such as creativity, communication, and decision-making.

The participants in X2P can come from anywhere in the world. In recent cycles, participants have been from Belgium, France, Germany, India, Italy, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Before each module, participants receive a reading package with relevant articles, book chapters, and reflection questions to enhance classroom learning. Participants are also given an examination task to complete during and between the three modules. Preparation is essential for maximizing the experience.

Our lecturers are university professors from well-known universities. They are experienced and invite you to participate in interactive sessions. We assume your active participation.

Participants in X2P develop their roles as Technical Experts. They enhance their understanding of several topics relevant to them as Technical Experts, such as cognitive science, technology roadmapping, and creative thinking.
